What the LLC's Name Must Include
The LLC's name must include one of these: "Limited Liability Company", "L.L.C." or "LLC".
A professional LLC's name must also include "Professional Limited Liability Company", "P.L.L.C." or "PLLC".

Professional LLCs in Mississippi
In Mississippi, a professional LLC is formed with the same Certificate of Formation. Also required: The certificate must state that the LLC is a professional limited liability company and that its purpose is to render the specified professional services. A professional LLC's name must also include "Professional Limited Liability Company", "P.L.L.C." or "PLLC". Your profession's licensing board may have requirements of its own, so check with it before you file.
