DMCA Policy
Effective date: June 20, 2026
Overview
Post-Earth Holdings LLC (“MyStateLLC”) respects the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512) (“DMCA”), we have designated an agent to receive notifications of alleged copyright infringement.
Designated DMCA Agent
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe in good faith that content on this Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent above. Your notice must include all of the following to be effective under the DMCA:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list);
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and sufficient information to permit us to locate it on the Site (e.g., the URL);
- Your contact information — name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
Incomplete notices may not receive a response. Knowingly submitting a materially false DMCA notice may expose you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
Counter-Notification Procedure
If content you submitted or posted has been removed following a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was in error, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the US, any judicial district in which MyStateLLC may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original DMCA notice.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.
Repeat Infringer Policy
It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances, to terminate access to this Site for users who are repeat infringers of third-party intellectual property rights.
Safe Harbor
MyStateLLC claims the safe harbor protections set forth in 17 U.S.C. § 512(c) for claims of copyright infringement arising from material residing on the Site at the direction of third parties. Our DMCA agent is registered with the United States Copyright Office.
