City and County Business Licenses
Oklahoma's Department of Commerce says counties, towns and cities may have local license requirements in addition to state requirements. State law lets a municipality set license requirements by ordinance, and a municipal license expires no later than one year after it is issued or on June 30.
Professional and Trade Licenses
If your trade or profession is regulated in Oklahoma, its state board issues a separate license. We have not yet confirmed which agencies issue them in this state.
