Obtain the Statement of Change of Registered Agent form
Download Form 201A from the Oklahoma Secretary of State website at https://www.sos.ok.gov or request it by mail. This form is required to officially change your registered agent.

Complete the required information
Fill out your LLC's name exactly as filed, the new registered agent's name and Oklahoma street address, and have an authorized member or manager sign the form. The new agent must also sign to accept appointment.

Pay the filing fee
Include the $25 filing fee with your form submission. Payment can be made by check or money order payable to the Oklahoma Secretary of State.

Submit the completed form
Mail the signed form and fee to: Oklahoma Secretary of State, Business Filing Department, 2300 N. Lincoln Blvd., Room 101, Oklahoma City, OK 73105. Online filing is not currently available for this form.

Update your records
Once processed, update your internal LLC records and notify banks, vendors, and other parties of your new registered agent information to ensure proper service of legal documents.
