What the LLC's Name Must Include
The LLC's name must include an LLC ending. Accepted endings include "Limited Liability Company", "LLC", "L.L.C.", "Limited Company", "LC", "L.C.", "Ltd. Liability Company", "Ltd. Liability Co." and "Limited Liability Co.", and the law allows others as well.

Worth Knowing in Wyoming
The registered agent must sign a separate consent page that is filed with the Articles. The form also asks whether the company elects to be a close limited liability company, and asks the organizer to consent to electronic service of process at the email address given. A certified copy costs $10 for up to ten pages, and a longer document adds $5 plus 15 cents for each page after the tenth.
