Does a landscaping business need a license in Wyoming?
Wyoming issues no statewide license for a landscaping business. Local registrations and specialty permits can still apply.
Wyoming issues no state landscaping license and no state general contractor license. Title 33 of the Wyoming Statutes enumerates every licensed profession in the state across 49 chapters, and the only landscape entry is Chapter 4, which licenses architects and landscape architects. The only construction contracting credential in the title is Chapter 42, water well drilling contractors.

The entity filing is separate from anything the license requires. In Wyoming it is made with the Wyoming Secretary of State. File directly with the state here.
