How to File

    Review and update your LLC's registered agent, principal office address, and member/manager information. Ensure all information is current and accurate.

    Pay the $50 filing fee

    Submit payment for the $50 annual registration fee using a credit card or ACH transfer through the secure online portal.

    Download your confirmation receipt

    After successful submission, download and save your confirmation receipt as proof of filing. Your LLC will remain in good standing for another year.
