   Fill out your LLC's name, identification number, current registered agent details, and new registered agent information. Include the new agent's name and Virginia street address (no P.O. boxes allowed).

   Obtain Consent from Your New Registered Agent

   Ensure your new registered agent agrees to serve in this capacity and has signed the consent portion of the form. They must have a Virginia street address and be available during normal business hours.

   Pay the Required Filing Fee

   Include the $25 filing fee with your form submission. The Virginia SCC accepts checks, money orders, or credit cards for online filings.

   Submit the Form to the Virginia SCC

   Mail the completed form and fee to: State Corporation Commission, Document Filing Support, P.O. Box 1197, Richmond, VA 23218-1197, or file online through the SCC eFile system at https://www.scc.virginia.gov.
