Download Form LLC-1007 from the Virginia SCC website at https://www.scc.virginia.gov. This form is used to officially change your registered agent information with the state.

Fill out your LLC's name, identification number, current registered agent details, and new registered agent information. Include the new agent's name and Virginia street address (no P.O. boxes allowed).
