What Payoneer requires from an LLC

  • Business registration certificate. A Certificate of Registration, Certificate of Incorporation, business license, or equivalent state formation document confirming the LLC is validly formed.
  • IRS EIN document. An IRS document including the Employer Identification Number (EIN), such as a CP575 or SS-4 confirmation. The business name on the EIN document must match your Payoneer account.
  • Beneficial owner identity (25%+ owners). Government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID, or driver's license) for each beneficial owner holding 25% or more of the LLC, plus ownership structure documents.
  • Business address proof. A recent utility bill (within 3 months), bank statement, or company verification document displaying the company name and registered address.
  • Consistent business name across all documents. The company name must match across your registration documents, EIN letter, and Payoneer account. Discrepancies trigger additional review.
