    Choose Your New Registered Agent

  2. 2

    Obtain Consent from New Agent

  3. 3

Complete Form Change of Registered Agent/Office

Fill out the Utah Division of Corporations form for changing registered agent information. Include your LLC name, entity number, new agent's name and address, and effective date.

  4. 4

    Submit Form and Payment

File the completed form with the Utah Division of Corporations at https://corporations.utah.gov or by mail. The filing fee is typically $20, payable by check or credit card.

  5. 5

    Update Your Records

Once approved, update your internal LLC records, operating agreement if necessary, and notify banks, vendors, and other parties of the registered agent change.
