Choose Your New Registered Agent
Select an individual Utah resident or Utah-based entity with a physical address in Utah (not a P.O. box). The agent must be available during normal business hours to receive legal documents.

Obtain Consent from New Agent
Get written consent from your new registered agent before filing any paperwork. If using a professional service, complete their registration process and service agreement.
