How to File

    Your annual report is due during the anniversary month of your LLC's initial filing. For example, if you filed in March, your report is due anytime in March each year.

    Access the Nevada SilverFlume Portal

    Visit the Nevada Secretary of State website at nvsos.gov and log into the SilverFlume business portal using your entity number and access code.

    Complete the Annual Report Form

    Update your LLC's information including current registered agent, business address, manager/member details, and business activity description.

    Pay the $350 Filing Fee

    Submit payment online via credit card or ACH transfer. The annual report fee is $350 and must be paid in full to complete filing.

  5. 5

    Receive Confirmation

    After successful submission, print your receipt and filed report for your records. Your LLC will remain in good standing with the state.
