Obtain the Certificate of Amendment form
Download Form LLC-3 (Certificate of Amendment) from the New Hampshire Secretary of State website at https://www.sos.nh.gov or request it by mail.

Complete the amendment form
Fill out Form LLC-3 with your LLC's current information and the new registered agent's name and New Hampshire address. The registered agent must have a physical address in New Hampshire.
