How to File

    Choose Your New Registered Agent

    Select a person or business entity that has a physical Oregon address and is available during normal business hours. The agent must be able to receive legal documents on behalf of your LLC.

    Submit your form and fee online at sos.oregon.gov, by mail to Oregon Secretary of State, Corporation Division, 255 Capitol Street NE, Suite 151, Salem, OR 97310, or in person at their office.
