How to File

    Gather Required Information

    Collect your LLC's current registered agent address, principal business address, and member/manager information. You'll also need your Delaware file number from your Certificate of Formation.

    Access the Delaware Division of Corporations Website

    Visit corp.delaware.gov and navigate to the LLC section. Look for 'Annual Report' or 'Franchise Tax Report' filing options for LLCs.

    Complete the Annual Report Form

    Fill out the annual report with your LLC's current information, including any changes to addresses, registered agent, or management structure that occurred during the year.

    Pay the $300 Annual Fee

    Submit payment online via credit card or ACH, or mail a check with your paper filing. Delaware accepts major credit cards for online payments.

    Retain Confirmation Documentation

    Save your filing confirmation and payment receipt. Delaware will update your LLC's status to 'Good Standing' once the report and fee are processed.
